Welcome to the new Hampshire Antique Restoration website. My name is David Burton and I have been actively involved as a restorer of fine antique furniture and its conservation/restoration since 1983.

We undertake conservation/restoration to the highest of standards in strict adherence to the ICON code of ethics in the Meon Valley in Hampshire.

After an HND (distinction), in furniture studies I Graduated from West Dean College with a Graduate Diploma and Post Graduate Diploma (distinction) in furniture and related objects conservation.I have also completed my Masters Degree (conservation studies).

We also run antique furniture restoration courses here in Hampshire. Whether you are a working restorer, or a complete beginner, we can tailor furniture restoration courses to suit you.

I am a member of the Institute of Conservation (UK) and combined with over 20 years of conservation & restoration experience you are in safe hands. I undertakeconservation/restoration to the highest of standards in secure Hampshire workshops for instituttions, private clients and the antique furniture trade.
